Hello, Some have rf-tbkb2 that installing older version of the Bluetooth blueooth and letting it upgrade it self has proven to be sucessful for them getting Bluetooth devices working.

Is there a manual way to force it to sync, or a way that I can just get windows to let me use the connect button on the dongle to make it work. Just a way to blow me off.

Worked for me as well.
I uninstalled the drivers again, rebooted, then reinstalled. Mouse and other bluetooth like cell phones work just fine.
